You know the feeling… you publish an amazing piece of content and should be excited to share it with the world – but instead, all you feel is the dread of starting the cycle ALL over again. Even though it may sound counterproductive, it’s in times like these that rest is especially important. Tune in to hear more about how to prioritize rest as a content creator, why it’s so important to take messy action, the one thing you should fear more than failure, and our thoughts about whether or not there’s room for any more podcasts in the listening apps!

In 2019, Jessie Larson found herself in a dark place of anxiety, stomach issues, and stress, and she knew she needed a change – but in times like that, taking the first step towards a major transformation can feel super daunting. Instead of trying to change everything at once, Jessie decided to take one baby step towards a life of peace and alignment by simply starting to make her bed in the morning. This small, simple action of making her bed started to shift her life in major ways, and then she discovered that there's also science to back her strategy up.

On The Positively You Podcast, Jessie's goal is to encourage women to live their absolute best lives through providing the tools and insight they need to make positive changes. Jessie also coaches women, hosts live events, loves speaking engagements, and she's even recently started her own podcast production and management company. Her driving purpose is that every person she comes in contact with feels seen, heard, valued, and loved.
